Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of a large-scale mass communications platform
Develop, maintain, and optimize .NET-based applications, ensuring high performance and reliability
Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to mid-level and junior developers

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred
U.S. Citizen; eligible for U.S. Public Trust Security Clearance
6+ years of experience in .NET development, including full-stack development
Strong experience with .NET Framework, Razor/Blazor, and REST API development
Proficiency in AWS cloud services, Kubernetes orchestration, and microservices architecture
