Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior .NET Engineer / Team Lead to drive technical execution and leadership of an engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and drive the technical roadmap for migrating from VB.NET Web Forms to ASP.NET Core
Oversee releases and collaborate with DevOps to improve CI/CD pipelines
Mentor engineers and lead agile execution, ensuring consistent delivery and quality

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
7+ years of professional software development experience
Strong expertise in C#, VB.NET, .NET Framework, and ASP.NET Core
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes/EKS)
Proven mentorship and leadership experience within agile teams
