Senior .NET Engineer
Job Summary
Joining a cross-functional development team, the full-time Senior .NET Engineer will focus on engineering scalable cloud-ready services using C#, .NET Core, and Azure while modernizing legacy applications and optimizing SQL databases.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and modernize applications using C#, .NET Core, REST APIs, and microservices architecture
- Optimize SQL Server/Azure SQL databases and translate existing functionalities into new architectures
- Utilize Azure and Azure DevOps for development, source control, and CI/CD processes
Required qualifications
- Substantial experience with the .NET framework, web services, and Microsoft Visual Studio
- Expertise in SQL Server, T-SQL, and database design, including MVC
- Experience in creating web APIs and web pages within the ASP.NET framework
- Moderate to senior-level JavaScript and jQuery skills, preferably in Angular or MVC/Razor
- Strong familiarity with Azure and Azure DevOps for development processes
