Senior .NET Engineer
Job Summary
Joining a cross-functional development team, the full-time Senior .NET Engineer will modernize legacy applications into scalable, cloud-ready services while leveraging C#, .NET Core, and Azure technologies in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain applications using C#, .NET Core, REST APIs, and microservices architecture
- Modernize legacy systems and optimize SQL Server/Azure SQL databases for performance
- Utilize Azure and Azure DevOps for development, source control, and CI/CD processes
Required qualifications
- Strong familiarity with the .NET framework, web services, and APIs
- Expertise in SQL Server, T-SQL, and database design, including MVC
- Experience with ASP.NET for creating web APIs and web pages
- Proficiency in JavaScript and jQuery, with experience in Angular or modern frameworks
- Hands-on experience with Entity Framework for object-relational mapping
