Senior NetSuite Administrator
Job Summary
Owning the full lifecycle of the NetSuite ERP platform, the full-time Senior NetSuite Administrator will manage architecture, customization, and integrations while ensuring audit readiness and system performance in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the architecture design, configuration, and customization of the NetSuite environment across various finance modules
- Manage integrations with surrounding finance tools and provide technical support to resolve issues in a fast-paced setting
- Drive the NetSuite roadmap by identifying optimization opportunities and implementing automation across finance workflows
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience administering and configuring NetSuite ERP across multiple finance modules
- NetSuite Administrator Certification or equivalent NetSuite certifications
- Proven SuiteScript development experience for process automation beyond native capabilities
- Deep expertise in end-to-end financial workflows, including month-end close and consolidation processes
- Experience establishing change management and audit-ready controls, with strong stakeholder management skills
