Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior NetSuite Solution Architect/Functional Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary customer advocate, managing ongoing priorities and providing regular status updates
Lead the onboarding of new customers and develop a roadmap based on their business goals
Remediate customer NetSuite enhancements and support account escalations to ensure customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field preferred
At least 5 years of experience in relevant industry business practices or consulting
Accounting background is desired
5+ years of hands-on experience with NetSuite
NetSuite ERP Consultant certification is required
