Senior NetSuite Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior NetSuite Financial Analyst will manage the administration, configuration, and support of NetSuite financial modules, focusing on enhancing finance systems and optimizing processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Enhance ERP capabilities by leveraging new NetSuite modules and features to streamline reporting and shorten financial close cycles
• Translate accounting needs into system automation workflows, collaborating with engineering partners for implementation and post-implementation support
• Drive process improvements and automated reporting, while supporting the finance team with system changes and troubleshooting data issues

Required qualifications

• Advanced experience with NetSuite, including administration and support of financial modules
• 3-5 years of financial systems management experience, particularly with ERP implementation or upgrades focused on NetSuite
• Proficiency in data analysis with large datasets, including skills in Excel, SQL, and data warehouses like Snowflake
• Experience in automating finance processes through NetSuite enhancements and integrations
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess reporting implications of process changes
