Senior NetSuite Functional Analyst

Job Summary

As a Senior NetSuite Functional Analyst, this full-time remote position will serve as the subject matter expert on NetSuite's financial modules, partnering with accounting and finance teams to translate business needs into functional solutions while collaborating with developers and administrators to optimize platform usage.

Key responsibilities

• Advise Accounting, Finance, and Engineering on best practices and optimal configuration of NetSuite's financial modules
• Translate business needs into functional solutions within NetSuite, supporting close processes and ensuring operational efficiency
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual workarounds and improve reporting and visibility for Finance and Accounting

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience implementing or operating ERP solutions, specifically with deep hands-on NetSuite experience
• Expertise in NetSuite's financial modules including GL, AP, AR, and Revenue Recognition
• Proficient in SuiteScript, workflows, and NetSuite APIs to collaborate effectively with development teams
• Experience working with NetSuite in a broader financial operations ecosystem that includes custom-built applications
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, from accountants to executives
