Senior Network Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Network Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, install, and upgrade F5 LTM load balancers, Checkpoint and Juniper firewalls, and Cisco IOS routers and switches
• Troubleshoot network traffic flows and resolve network incidents to ensure business continuity
• Document processes in accordance with ITIL requirements and perform change management on network devices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 5 years of network administration experience
• Advanced knowledge of protocols such as OSPF, EIGRP, HSRP, VLAN, and TCP/IP
• Ability to script in programming languages like Perl, Python, or Bash
• Must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance and work off hours, including weekends and on-call
