Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Network Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and improve the logical data and security network infrastructure
• Troubleshoot and resolve medium to high-complexity network incidents
• Provide L1/L2 (and partial L3) network support to customers and internal teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and protocols
• Proven ability to troubleshoot production environments with a hands-on approach
• Cisco CCNA certification (required); higher-level certifications are a plus
• Proactive mindset and willingness to continuously learn and improve
