Senior Network Analyst

Job Summary

Owning the visibility layer for the Center of Excellence network, the full-time remote Senior Provider Network Analyst will monitor network performance, design reports and dashboards, and conduct access analysis to ensure high-quality healthcare delivery for clients and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the health of the Center of Excellence network, tracking key performance and quality metrics
• Design and produce recurring and ad hoc reports and dashboards for clients and internal stakeholders using Databricks, Python, and SQL
• Identify trends, risks, and performance issues in the network, proactively communicating them to relevant stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or network/operations analytics, preferably in healthcare or employer benefits
• Strong data visualization skills with experience in Power BI, Databricks BI, or similar tools
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and validation, along with experience in Databricks and advanced Google Sheets
• Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end reporting workflows and establish standards for reporting
• Experience in creating executive-ready summaries and presentations, with a detail-oriented mindset focused on data accuracy
