Senior Network Contract Manager

Job Summary

Managing provider contracts and network strategies, the full-time Senior Network Contract Manager will work remotely to negotiate agreements, analyze payment methodologies, and enhance relationships within Optum's Centers of Excellence provider networks.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze payment appendices to strategize contracting approaches and methodologies
• Evaluate market rates and provider performance to establish negotiation strategies
• Communicate contractual terms and negotiate mutually acceptable agreements with providers

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a network management-related role handling complex network providers
• 5+ years of experience in the health care industry
• 2+ years of experience with provider contracting and financial modeling
• In-depth knowledge of Medicare Resource Based Relative Value System (RBRVS) and related regulations
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
