Senior Network Contract Manager

Job Summary

Managing contracts and provider relationships, the full-time Senior Network Contract Manager will execute network strategies, negotiate competitive rates, and analyze payment methodologies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze payment appendices and evaluate market rates to strategize contracting approaches
• Communicate and negotiate contractual terms with providers to establish mutually acceptable agreements
• Manage relationships with providers to address operational, legal, financial, and clinical matters

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a network management-related role with accountability for business results
• 5+ years of experience in the health care industry
• 2+ years of experience in provider contracting and financial modeling
• In-depth knowledge of Medicare Resource Based Relative Value System (RBRVS) and related methodologies
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel and Microsoft Office applications
