Senior Network Contract Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Network Contract Manager will be responsible for the development and management of provider networks for Cell and Gene Therapy (CGT) Centers of Excellence, leading complex negotiations and ensuring competitive reimbursement arrangements.

Key responsibilities:

• Evaluate and negotiate contracts while ensuring compliance with company templates and reimbursement methodologies
• Analyze bundled payment arrangements and high-cost drug reimbursement methodologies for CGT services
• Manage provider relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational and financial issues

Required qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in provider network management or contracting with complex provider relationships
• 2+ years of experience in developing reimbursement methodologies and financial modeling for rate-setting
• Knowledge of bundled payment methodologies, Medicare RBRVS, and related reimbursement frameworks
• Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid regulations
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
