Senior Network Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Network Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex network infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, and wireless solutions for client environments
• Oversee network monitoring tools to ensure uptime and performance, and perform proactive maintenance
• Act as Tier 3 escalation for complex network issues and implement network security best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years in network engineering roles, preferably in MSP or NOC environments
• CCNP or equivalent required; ITIL Foundation certification strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLANs, QoS, and proficiency in network monitoring tools
• Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure) and SD-WAN technologies
