Senior Network Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Network Engineer responsible for managing customer network infrastructure and handling escalations related to incidents, projects, or requests.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain customer network infrastructure
• Perform incident management and communicate status updates to customers
• Execute network maintenance processes and troubleshoot hardware and circuit issues

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience with operational administration of network infrastructure
• 6+ years of experience with operational administration of Cisco and Palo Alto infrastructure
• Experience with monitoring platforms and enterprise routing and switching technologies
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; CCNA required
• Advanced knowledge of network management systems and IPAM
