Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the reliability and scalability of IT infrastructure and cloud applications
• Collaborate with engineering teams to measure and monitor service operations
• Lead incident resolution efforts and implement monitoring and automation tools

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in scripting with PowerShell or Shell
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code systems like Puppet, Chef, Ansible, or Terraform
• Experience with Active Directory/Domain management
• Familiarity with monitoring systems such as SolarWinds, PRTG, or Azure
• Experience with web networking, TLS, reverse proxies, and load balancing
