Senior Network Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Network Engineer to lead network-related activities for utility-scale Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead network engineering across development, construction, commissioning, and operations, including LAN/WAN design and stakeholder coordination
• Manage and maintain network systems, including performance monitoring, security patching, and operational compliance
• Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot EMS/SCADA and BESS network systems, including switches, routers, and firewalls

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of networking experience, including 3+ years in BESS or related infrastructure
• Strong experience with firewalls, VPNs, switching and routing, and OT cybersecurity
• Field commissioning experience and familiarity with AutoCAD or Bluebeam preferred
