Senior Network Engineer

Job Summary

To build and scale the network backbone behind an AI infrastructure platform, the fully remote Senior Network Engineer will design and deploy scalable spine/leaf network architectures, optimize traffic flows for AI workloads, and develop automation solutions for network provisioning.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deploy scalable spine/leaf network architectures for AI data centers
• Engineer high-performance Ethernet fabrics and optimize east-west traffic flows for AI training and inference operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated infrastructure solutions and troubleshoot complex network issues

Required qualifications

• Experience with Cumulus NOS and 5+ years in large-scale data center networking
• Proficiency in spine-leaf architectures, BGP, EVPN, and VXLAN
• Experience operating high-performance computing (HPC) or GPU-dense environments
• Familiarity with automation tools such as Python, Ansible, or Terraform
• Proven ability to design scalable systems and strong documentation skills
