Senior Network Engineer

Job Summary

Providing advanced technical support and network maintenance, the full-time Senior Network Engineer will perform troubleshooting, manage repair coordination activities, and collaborate with vendors and customers while working independently in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics to resolve network issues
• Coordinate with the NCC and TAC to ensure overall network health and track trouble resolutions
• Lead technicians in maintenance and repair activities, providing technical consultation and mentoring

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a service provider role
• Proficiency with SONET/DWDM network configurations and experience with Ciena 6500/Infinera/Alcatel PSS-32/16
• Technical project management experience
• Flexible schedule to support after-hours maintenance requests
