Senior Network Engineer

Job Summary

To support IT project planning and execution, the full-time Senior Network Engineer will manage networking operations and security for both on-premises and cloud environments, including architecture, design, and troubleshooting, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Meeting with business units and clients to capture detailed requirements and clarify system specifications
• Designing, installing, integrating, testing, and monitoring new systems while creating high-level implementation plans
• Contributing to the team's processes and methodologies, including documentation and project deliverables

Required qualifications:

• Extensive experience with LAN/WAN networking technologies, including VMware VeloCloud SD-WAN
• Strong knowledge of Azure and AWS networking, including VPNs, routing, and security groups
• Hands-on experience with Cisco and Palo Alto firewalls
• Relevant certifications such as CCNP or CCIE in Routing/Switching, Security, or Data Center
• Experience with virtualization technologies like VMware vSphere or Hyper-V
