Senior Network Engineer

Job Summary

Designing, implementing, securing, and supporting the organization's enterprise network infrastructure, the full-time remote Senior Network Engineer will maintain a highly available and scalable network environment while collaborating with various IT teams to deliver reliable network services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, VPN, and Internet connectivity
• Implement network security measures, including segmentation and firewall policies, in partnership with Information Security
• Lead network upgrades and modernization projects while mentoring junior engineers

Required qualifications

• 8-12 years of enterprise networking experience
• Strong expertise in Cisco routing, switching, wireless, VPN, and firewall technologies
• Experience with Azure networking and hybrid connectivity
• Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, DNS, DHCP, QoS, and network security
• Familiarity with enterprise monitoring and troubleshooting tools
