Senior Network Engineer

Job Summary

To support the design and operation of a secure enterprise network infrastructure, the remote Senior Network Engineer will implement and maintain network services across various locations, ensuring high availability and scalability while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain secure and resilient enterprise network infrastructure across multiple locations
• Evaluate and implement new networking technologies and architectural improvements while ensuring high availability and disaster recovery
• Monitor network performance and security, troubleshoot complex issues, and support vulnerability remediation initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise network infrastructure
• Strong experience with enterprise routing and switching technologies, including Fortinet and Cisco platforms
• Familiarity with VMware networking and virtual infrastructure
• Relevant certifications such as CCNP Enterprise, CCIE, or Fortinet Network Security Expert (NSE) strongly preferred
