Senior Network Engineer
Job Summary
To support the Networking Switch Refresh Project, the full-time Senior Network Engineer will lead network deployment activities, mentor team members, and resolve complex networking issues while ensuring optimal performance and reliability in a collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities
- Architect, design, and implement network switch refreshes across enterprise environments and remote offices
- Provide hands-on mentorship to engineers, fostering a collaborative environment for skill development
- Resolve complex networking issues using advanced troubleshooting techniques to ensure minimal downtime
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 10-15 years of experience in network engineering focused on deployment and implementation
- Certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent (Cisco/Arista certifications preferred)
- Experience in production data centers and Enterprise Networks routing/switching
- Proficiency with networking tools and technologies, including ERP and service management platforms
