Job Summary
Leading complex client implementations, the fully remote Senior Network Engineer will focus on advanced network issue resolution, project delivery, and technical mentorship while managing enterprise network environments.
Key responsibilities
- Lead technical delivery for enterprise network projects, including SD-WAN deployments and network redesigns
- Troubleshoot advanced network issues across client environments, identifying root causes and restoring stability
- Document resolutions and create knowledge base articles to support repeatable service delivery
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of network engineering experience with enterprise implementations
- Deep technical knowledge of routing, switching, firewalls, and SD-WAN
- Experience in MSP or multi-client environments
- Certifications such as CCNP or equivalent hands-on experience are valued
- Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to stakeholders with varying levels of technical familiarity
