Senior Network Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer, the full-time remote position will design, implement, support, and optimize complex enterprise network environments, ensuring reliability, security, and performance while driving continuous improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Design, plan, script, and execute network changes following established change management processes
- Troubleshoot complex network incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions
- Implement and maintain network security controls, including firewall policies and access governance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related technical field
- 5-7 years of professional experience in network engineering or infrastructure support
- Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki, Cisco Viptela SD-WAN, and routing protocols including BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP
- Experience with network monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
- Knowledge of network security and firewall management
