Senior Network Engineer
Job Summary
Working remotely on a contract basis, the Senior Network Engineer will deliver high-quality telephony services and support, manage network performance, and troubleshoot incidents for an enterprise healthcare client.
Key responsibilities
- Perform moves, adds, and changes for new hires and returning employees while monitoring and troubleshooting network incidents
- Collaborate with team members and business partners to ensure timely delivery of voice products and solutions
- Maintain and optimize network connectivity and performance across various platforms and technologies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Experience with Cisco technologies, including Cisco Firewalls and Unified Communications Manager
- Proficiency in data networks, VoIP, and LAN/WAN management
- Strong understanding of network management and disaster recovery processes
- Familiarity with Linux and Windows systems
