Senior Network Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Managing a highly available data network environment, the full-time Senior Network Engineering Manager will oversee the IT network team responsible for data network operations, security, and data center systems, collaborating closely with IT leadership to support business objectives.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the engineering and operations of network technologies, including LAN/WAN, VPN, and firewalls
• Manage physical installations and cabling for data center infrastructure and oversee data center facilities
• Provide guidance and leadership to team members, ensuring the maintenance of network services and documentation

Required qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience as a Network Systems Administrator
• 3+ years of IT operations experience and managing end-to-end system dependencies
• 3+ years of experience coaching and leading IT professionals
• 2+ years of experience with data communications standards and implementations
• Willingness to participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation and work off-hours as needed
