Job Summary

Leading the strategy and continuous improvement of enterprise voice and data networking environments, the full-time Senior Network Manager will oversee network engineering operations, manage technical teams, and ensure reliable network performance while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and enhance network engineering operations to support corporate, retail, and distribution environments
• Oversee escalated technical issues and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver secure infrastructure solutions
• Lead and mentor technical teams, ensuring effective project execution and service delivery

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise networking experience in complex environments
• 3+ years of hands-on network engineering experience, including routing, switching, and security
• 2+ years of experience in voice or collaboration technologies
• 2+ years of direct people leadership or supervisory experience
• CCNA Enterprise certification required
