Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engineer II, Network Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced-level monitoring, operation, and support of network systems
• Guide quality assurance activities and infrastructure testing to ensure network stability and performance
• Lead investigations into network issues, including root cause analysis and corrective action planning

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 6-8 years of experience in network operations engineering or a related role
• Deep, hands-on knowledge of designing, developing, and maintaining complex network operating systems
• Proven ability to build and maintain senior internal and external relationships
• Experience mentoring or advising junior peers and contributing to team growth
