Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Network Recruiter (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative physician sourcing strategies and campaigns
• Recruit physicians across various specialties to support quality of care and utilization management
• Manage the provider onboarding process and maintain an active pipeline of reviewers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of experience in provider recruitment or similar healthcare roles
• Strong sourcing capabilities across multiple specialties
• Experience with credentialing workflows and provider relations
• Ability to engage physicians through traditional and non-traditional sourcing methods
