Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative physician sourcing strategies
• Recruit physicians across various specialties for quality of care and utilization management review
• Manage the provider onboarding process and maintain an active pipeline of reviewers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3+ years of experience recruiting healthcare providers, particularly physicians
• Experience in sourcing and recruiting for hard-to-fill or specialized physician roles
• Strong understanding of physician specialties and credentialing requirements
• Proven ability to negotiate physician compensation and contract terms
