Senior Network Relations Analyst

Job Summary

Acting as the primary resource for high-profile providers, the full-time Senior Network Relations Analyst will establish and maintain positive relationships, assist with complex issues regarding policies and procedures, and support operational activities, with occasional on-site presence required.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize interactions with assigned providers and internal partners to maintain productive relationships
• Monitor service capabilities and resolve escalated issues related to claims payment and contract interpretation
• Educate providers on compliance with contract policies and facilitate external provider meetings

Required qualifications

• Working knowledge of business segment specific codes, products, and terminology
• 3-5 years' experience with business segment specific policy, benefits, and plan design
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
