Senior Network Relations Specialist

Job Summary

Serving as a day-to-day contact for assigned providers, the full-time Senior Network Relations Specialist will manage provider relationships, resolve operational issues, and support network operations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to routine provider inquiries regarding claims, demographics, and network participation
• Research and resolve standard provider issues within established timelines
• Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate issue resolution and maintain accurate records of provider interactions

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of workers' compensation and/or auto network experience
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in customer service
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
