Senior Network Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

Senior Network Reliability Engineer is a full-time position responsible for supporting and maintaining cloud and datacenter network infrastructures, managing incidents, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 remote support for network repairs and changes, collaborating across teams
• Drive operational improvements in change management and daily operations
• Monitor and support the health of on-premises and cloud network infrastructures

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in network operations
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent experience
• Deep knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, and other network protocols
• Experience with cloud service provider environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Hands-on experience with network automation and tooling for managing complex infrastructures
