Senior Network Security Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the deployment and management of critical security infrastructure, the full-time Senior Network Security Engineer will implement robust security measures across on-premise and cloud environments, focusing on advanced threat detection and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and integrate network security solutions in collaboration with the network architecture team
• Manage and optimize firewall, load balancing, and IDS/IPS solutions across hybrid environments
• Lead incident response efforts, investigating security alerts and executing remediation plans

Required qualifications

• Proven expertise in secure cloud-native and hybrid network architectures across major CSPs (AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI)
• Proficiency in deploying and managing Fortigate, Arista, Cisco, and Cumulus OS devices
• Comprehensive knowledge of IDS/IPS, SSL inspection, and anti-malware/bot mitigations
• Strong understanding of network virtualization and CSP-specific virtualized firewall deployments
• 8+ years of dedicated network security experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
