Senior No Fault Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

Experienced in handling complex No Fault claims, the hybrid or remote Senior No Fault Claims Adjuster will investigate claims, manage litigation exposure, and deliver exceptional customer service while collaborating with legal and investigative partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of No Fault, Med Pay, and fraud-related claims, conducting detailed investigations and analyses
• Develop effective claim strategies, negotiate settlements, and maintain accurate reserves while managing claim expenses
• Oversee defense counsel on litigated claims and ensure compliance with state regulations and company standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3+ years of No Fault claims handling experience
• Strong investigative, analytical, and negotiation skills
• Experience interpreting insurance policies and applicable case law
• Ability to obtain and maintain required state adjuster licenses
