Senior NOC Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior NOC Analyst will manage incident detection and response, maintain monitoring systems, and ensure operational intelligence is effectively communicated across teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own incident detection and first response for availability, performance, and health alerts across various services
• Create and maintain alerts, dashboards, and automation runbooks to enhance observability and operational efficiency
• Produce operational reports and track KPIs, ensuring clear communication of platform health and incident status across teams

Required qualifications

• Experience with cloud infrastructure, specifically Azure
• Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability platforms such as Sumo Logic or Azure Monitor
• Ability to read and follow automation scripts in languages like PowerShell or Python
• Experience with web services and APIs, including diagnosing performance issues
• Familiarity with Jira and Jira Service Management for operational workflow tracking
