Senior NOC Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor servers, networks, and cloud environments for performance issues and alerts
• Perform intermediate troubleshooting and execute recurring maintenance procedures
• Act as an escalation point for Engineer I staff, ensuring SOP compliance before escalation

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of IT support or NOC experience
• Proficiency in Windows administration and practical networking knowledge
• Working knowledge of infrastructure monitoring tools and hands-on experience with cloud platforms
• Experience with scripting languages to automate tasks
• Associate's degree in Information Technology or related field, with relevant certifications preferred
