Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior NOC Engineer will serve as a critical first responder for enterprise technology incidents, focusing on real-time monitoring, management, and support of network and infrastructure environments to ensure maximum service availability and operational stability.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and respond to global incidents, ensuring timely triage and resolution within accepted SLAs
- Open and monitor tickets for customers, proactively resolving incidents before they are reported
- Lead Incident Management calls during production-impacting events, collaborating with technical support and customer teams
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience
- 5-10 years of experience in supporting enterprise IT operations within a Network Operations Center (NOC) or similar environment
- Advanced experience with Windows Operating Systems and networking configurations
- Familiarity with enterprise monitoring tools such as SolarWinds Orion and IT Service Management platforms
- Experience with incident management processes and supporting major incidents in a 24x7 operational environment
