Job Summary
Acting as the final technical escalation for complex incidents, the full-time Senior NOC Engineer will manage diagnostics across network, server, cloud, and backup platforms, mentor lower-tier engineers, and ensure adherence to SLAs and MTTR objectives in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead technical escalations for P1/P2 incidents and deliver post-incident remediation plans
- Conduct deep diagnostics to isolate root causes across various platforms and own problem management for chronic issues
- Engineer and execute complex changes, improving operational automation and monitoring effectiveness
Required qualifications
- Extensive experience supporting Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) and related technologies
- Advanced expertise in SIP and Cisco Unified Border Element (CUBE) configurations
- Experience in Tier 3 NOC or Contact Center operations with a focus on major incident management
- Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, or Bash, along with API integrations
- Understanding of LAN/WAN networking and IP voice performance in enterprise environments
