Job Summary

Leading the design and development of innovative backend solutions, the full-time Senior Node.js Developer will architect scalable systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive product innovation in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable software architectures and maintain technical documentation
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers while conducting code reviews

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior engineering role with a strong leadership track record
• Advanced proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript, including experience with RESTful APIs and frameworks like NestJS or Express.js
• Knowledge of database management with SQL and NoSQL systems, including PostgreSQL and MongoDB
• Understanding of Cloud Computing and DevOps practices, including container technologies and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with SDLC methodologies and version control systems such as Git
