Senior NodeJS React Developer

Job Summary

To drive the technical direction of API design and integrations, the full-time Senior NodeJS React Developer will lead the development of REST and GraphQL services, mentor engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and evolution of the API platform, treating APIs as products for developer users
• Own end-to-end integrations with external systems and internal platforms, ensuring robust connection management
• Ship full stack features with a focus on backend services and integration, while mentoring a team of engineers

Required qualifications

• 10 years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or principal role
• Deep expertise in API design, including REST, GraphQL, and authentication patterns
• Strong background in event-driven architectures and integration with complex third-party APIs
• Fullstack experience with modern frontend frameworks like React and backend languages such as Node.js
• Fluency in cloud-native technologies, including AWS, Azure, or GCP, and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
