Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Non-IT Recruiter (Fintech, Risks).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for Risks roles, from briefing to offer acceptance
• Build partnerships with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and align on hiring strategies
• Design and execute sourcing strategies and track recruitment metrics for process optimization

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment for Non-IT roles (Finance, Risks)
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in using recruitment data for efficiency improvements
• Hands-on experience in optimizing recruitment processes and building scalable workflows
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a dynamic environment
• B2 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team
