Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Non-IT Recruiter (Fintech, Risks).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for Risks roles, from briefing to offer acceptance
- Build partnerships with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and align on hiring strategies
- Design and execute sourcing strategies and track recruitment metrics for process optimization
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment for Non-IT roles (Finance, Risks)
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in using recruitment data for efficiency improvements
- Hands-on experience in optimizing recruitment processes and building scalable workflows
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a dynamic environment
- B2 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team
