Senior Non-QM Underwriter

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Non-QM Underwriter.

Key Responsibilities

• Review mortgage applications and documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Perform risk-based reviews on loans based on expected performance and repayment ability
• Conduct compliance reviews and escalate issues as necessary

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience underwriting complex financial and income statements
• 2+ years of experience preparing cash flows for partnerships, s-corporations, and corporations
• Experience with automated loan origination systems
• Proficiency in automated underwriting systems such as Desktop Underwriter and Loan Prospector
• Knowledge of mortgage lending laws and regulations
