Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Frontdoor app and track key metrics for optimization
• Build and maintain relationships with partners and support member messaging
• Drive operations of the non-warranty team and coordinate stakeholder communications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business required; Master's degree preferred
• Experience in business process development and change management
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Familiarity with quantitative success metrics and data-driven problem solving
• Self-starter with adaptability to fast-paced and changing environments
