Senior NonStop Systems Engineer
Job Summary
Providing technical solutions in a highly visible enterprise environment, the full-time Senior NonStop Systems Engineer will maintain and upgrade NonStop systems, lead software release planning, and implement security solutions while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and upgrade existing NonStop systems to ensure 24x7 uptime and client connectivity
- Lead planning and implementation of Guardian OS, Network, and major software releases
- Assess and implement platform security solutions and configurations
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience with Guardian OS, NonStop SQL, and NonStop hardware platforms
- 5+ years of experience configuring systems within the NonStop platform end-to-end
- 5+ years of experience working with SQL, Guardian/OSS, NonStop Web Services (SOAP), and XML or JSON
- Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
