Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior NoSQL Database Administrator with expertise in MongoDB Atlas.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and manage MongoDB Atlas clusters, including deployment, configuration, and scaling
• Design and implement data models, sharding strategies, and indexing plans for optimization
• Monitor system health and performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of DBA experience, with at least 2 years focused on MongoDB Atlas in production
• Strong understanding of NoSQL data modeling and performance tuning
• Proficiency with MongoDB tools and experience in automation and scripting
• Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure and managing cloud-based databases
• Familiarity with security practices related to database management
