Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer 1 - Nuclear.

Key Responsibilities

Design and review modification packages for operating nuclear power plants
Prepare engineering analyses and evaluations to support modifications and operation of plant systems
Evaluate vendor bids and develop technical specifications for plant equipment

Required Qualifications

BS or MS in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering from an ABET accredited program
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the nuclear power industry
Working knowledge of codes, standards, and regulations applicable to mechanical engineering design of nuclear power plants
