Senior Nuclear Proposal Manager
Job Summary
Focused on developing customer offerings and managing complex proposals, the full-time remote Senior Nuclear Proposal Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, negotiate project delivery models, and present financial structures to senior management.
Key responsibilities
- Develop proposals, cost estimates, and pricing strategies while managing the primary interface with the Global Sales Team
- Lead customer contract negotiations and coordinate subject matter expert reviews of contract documents and financial models
- Present deal structures and financial models to business leadership for approval and maintain the Customer Relationship Management System
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum 10 years of directly related experience, including 5 years developing Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contracts
- Experience working across functions to support complex customer opportunities
- Able to construct mathematical models using Excel and edit documents using MS Word
- Ability to influence in a matrixed organization
